Switch Trade In Terms and Conditions
- To qualify for this programme the end customer must be trading in a Switch from the ‘eligible switches for trade in’ list. ZyXEL reserves the right to reject a trade in where the product is not sufficiently comparable.
- All details on the Certificate of Destruction (CoD) must be completed to validate the claim. The CoD must be returned to ZyXEL or your ZyXEL distributor before delivery of the switch.
- The product owner agrees to dispose of the eligible product in accordance with the local regulations.
- The programme discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, rebates or promotions from ZyXEL unless otherwise stated.
- The discount is applied by the distributor at the point of purchase.
- ZyXEL reserves the right to validate legal ownership (requiring a receipt or invoice showing the original purchase).
- The trade-in programme is valid from 1st May 2010 to 31st October 2010.
- ZyXEL reserves the right to amend the promotion at any given time.
