The meaning of the VPN log "Send:[HASH][NOTFY:NO_PROP_CHOSEN]"

Solution:

This message "Send:[HASH][NOTFY:NO_PROP_CHOSEN]" means ZyWALL (VPN Responder) can not find mathced VPN parameter to proceed IKE negotiation with the peer.
